As it moves through you, feel the warmth easing any heaviness, starting at your face and gently flowing down, filling your body with a calm sense of ease. There’s no need to rush —just allow the light to settle naturally, inviting a sense of relaxation and stillness.
As the light surrounds you, you may begin to feel gratitude stir within you. You might think of the people, experiences, or moments in your life that bring you joy. With each breath, feel your heart fill with appreciation for these blessings, no matter how big or small. In this space of gratitude, allow the light to grow — extending outwards, offering kindness and warmth to those around you who may need it, whether they are loved ones or strangers.
