Welcome to another episode of our Online Meditation Gathering! In this episode, we will take you on a journey to deepen your awareness through the breath and cultivate a sense of presence in the moment.
Led by Jyothi V. Robertson, this guided meditation will include a series of breath awareness exercises. We start with simple observation of the breath at the nose and gradually expand our attention to different parts of the body. You will learn to notice the quality of your thoughts without judgment and gently return your focus to the breath. As you settle into your body and become present to the sensation of the breath, allow yourself to journey into a deeper state of mindfulness.
Towards the end of the episode, we will take a moment to offer gratitude for showing up and practicing together as a community. You will be encouraged to generate warmth and self-compassion, acknowledging the effort you put into taking this time for mindfulness and gratitude.
Throughout the practice, we can experience a sense of grounding and centering in our bodies and minds. It can be a valuable tool to help us manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm, and bring us back to the present moment with clarity and ease.
If you haven’t tried this mindfulness practice yet, we encourage you to give it a try and experience its benefits for yourself. Listen now and allow yourself to be fully present in the moment.
Join us in this grounding mindfulness practice to cultivate a centered awareness in your daily life. Whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, this episode will provide you with a guided experience to deepen your mindfulness practice and enhance your sense of presence in the moment.
