The core of the practice lies in visualizing this warm, radiant light. Initially, you’ll imagine an external source of light, allowing it to gently wash over different parts of your body, melting away tension and discomfort. This external light represents positivity and healing energy.
From here, you’ll transition to bringing this light within yourself, letting it bathe your inner being with warmth and positivity. This phase of the meditation helps you cultivate a sense of inner radiance and peace, allowing you to release any negativity or stress that you may be carrying.
Towards the end of the session, you’ll hold onto this light and positive energy, allowing it to expand within you. Ultimately, you’ll release it into the space around you, sharing your newfound positivity with the world.
