Awakening Your Inner Light: A Guided Morning Meditation

Join us in this transformative episode as Jyothi V. Robertson leads a gentle morning meditation focused on awakening the power of light within. Tune in to this episode to start your day with an empowering meditation and discover the transformative power of inner light.

Through intentional breathwork and visualization, we embark on a journey to invite warmth, relaxation, and profound self-awareness. Starting with the face, we draw the light deeper with each breath, allowing it to flow through the throat, neck, and shoulders—releasing any lingering tension from the night. The warmth extends to the arms, forearms, hands, and fingertips, where we become curious about the sensations evoked by the radiant light. Visualizing an orb of light held at our fingertips, we connect with a comforting source of support for our practice. Further, the light moves through the heart center, filling it with strength and radiance, while we consciously release tension from the back, chest, and abdomen. Progressing downward, we ground ourselves by drawing the light to the root chakra, embracing a firm sense of support.

As the session nears completion, Jyothi encourages us to ask our bodies what they need and offer light, warmth, or compassion in response. We realize that this external light source represents our intrinsic energy, capable of accompanying us throughout the day. With gratitude for the dedicated time and space we’ve granted ourselves, we set intentions for how we want to show up for ourselves and others.
